How to get a Patron number?
If you are a resident of Shelbina, or pay city taxes, then getting a Patron number is as easy as coming into the Library and providing basic information. If you are not a resident of Shelbina, the Library asks that you pay a $30.00 non-resident fee, which is the same amount as the people of Shelbina pay in taxes each year.
